Overview

This site is the personal portfolio of Angelo Ciaramello, operated by Alwaysloading Ventures LLC. It is an informational site. It has no accounts, no forms, and no checkout.

What is collected

The site does not ask you for personal information and does not collect it directly. Two ordinary exceptions apply:

• Hosting logs. The hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
• Email you send. If you write to angelo@alwaysloading.net, that message and your address are held in the ordinary course of correspondence.
• Estimates you submit. Some pages are sent privately rather than linked from this site, and one of them carries a cost estimator. If you choose to send yourself the numbers, the name, email address and company you enter are stored, together with the figures you entered and the estimate they produced. Nothing is stored unless you submit that form. Using the estimator without submitting it stores nothing.

Who else processes it

Submitted estimates are stored by Convex, a hosted database provider, acting on instructions and only for this purpose. Your browser does not connect to it: the site sends the record from its own server, so no third party receives your IP address or anything else about your visit.

Records are kept while the enquiry is live and for up to twelve months afterwards, then deleted. Ask at any time and yours will be deleted sooner.

How it is used

Only to operate the site and to reply to you. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for advertising. Information may be disclosed if required by law.

Cookies

The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser settings control any cookies a hosting provider may set for basic functionality.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you. Email the address below and it will be handled.
